Our Requirements
Flea Policy
Please help us maintain a Flea-Free Zone! If fleas are discovered on your dog during their groom, we will be obligated to give your dog a Citric Flea Rinse at an additional charge.
Vaccinations & Health
We have a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all our pets and clients. We require that every grooming client be up-to-date on all core vaccinations.
We recommend that your dog is current on both DHLPP (Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvo) and Bordatella vaccinations.
New clients are required to bring their vaccination history and verification to their appointment. You may also email it to info@allaboutpaws.pet prior to your appointment.
Rabies Requirement
Our grooming clients must provide proof of their current Rabies vaccinations, as required by law.
Our Recommendations
Puppies
Puppies must be 16 weeks or older and current on all core vaccinations.
Health & Age
If your dog is elderly, suffering from a health issue, or under veterinary care for a condition that might be worsened by grooming, you should avoid some grooming services and might be required to provide a medical release.
Anxiety
If your dog suffers from extreme anxiety, or exhibits extreme nervousness, fear, or excitement, please help them feel more at ease by increasing their exercise prior to your appointment. Additionally, please inform our Grooming Team of known anxiety issues when booking your appointment.
Aggressive Behavior
If your dog becomes too aggressive or agitated to be safely groomed, our staff will end the service and not attempt to force the grooming. This is for the safety of both our staff and your dog.
Our Policies
Our Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the grooming services you receive. After every groom, our stylists will review the results with you to ensure your satisfaction. If you notice anything you don’t like when you get home, please call us within 24 hours to schedule a correction. Follow-up appointments must be scheduled within 7 days. If a correction is not possible, a partial refund may be issued.
Services & Pricing
Our menu prices are general guidelines for services; however, actual pricing may vary based on breed, size, temperament, condition, and length of your dog’s coat. Hours of operation and prices are subject to change.
Reservations
Credit card reservations are required for grooming services. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Current vaccination records are required for all pets, including walk-ins.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Late Policy
We have a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. After 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule, and a $15 late fee may be applied. Please call ahead if you know you will be late.
Appointment Timing
During your consultation at drop-off, our stylists will provide an estimated pick-up time. A Basic Grooming Package can take up to 2 hours, and a Deluxe Package can take up to 3 hours (without Add-Ons).
Pick-Up Window
Please pick up your dog within 60 minutes of the estimated pick-up time. All dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes after our business closes (5:30 PM). If your dog is not picked up by 5:30 PM, a $25 kennel fee will apply for overnight boarding.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please call before 5 PM the day before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations & No Show Fees
If you need to cancel, please call at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, a $30 fee may apply.
